That's the reason we developed our buyer advocacy service - to enable our valued customers to use our industry knowledge to take the hard work out of searching for suitable property purchases.
For most people, buying and selling property is something done very infrequently through their lives, but for us it is an everyday event so let us utilise our undoubted skills and knowledge to your advantage.
And the great thing about Sinclair White's buyer advocacy is that we keep it very simple indeed. No complex sliding scale of commission fees, no tricky fine print, no 'ifs and buts', just a flat fee for the whole process. It's all part of our 'keeping it real' philosophy where we work with, and for you, for best outcomes. And because we have a flat fee ($5500 including GST for the whole process) we eliminate any thoughts about conflict of interest. That is, our fee doesn't go up with increases in any property purchase price. A flat fee is the honest and transparent way that we prefer, in keeping with our consistent brand promise. Oh, and if you are (naturally) concerned about bidding at auction for a property we can also do the bidding for you for $550 (including GST) with the aim of saving you as much as possible.
